When you’re experiencing pain it can feel like your body is your enemy.
But by tuning into the sensations within your body with compassion and curiosity, you can unravel the root causes of your pain and discover the gentle movements that bring relief and restoration.
My own painful experiences of SI Joint issues, rotator cuff & knee injuries lead me on a journey into the world of yoga therapeutics & an obsession with how the body moves & pain science.
